Our process is very simple. Step 1) You'll submit a general application Step 2) Our internal recruiter will reach out based off that application to have an initial call to see if you're a good fit Step 3) We'll then give you a simple assessment (10 Min) Step 4) Final call with leadership team
The onboarding process is very seamless. You'll start off with a kick-off call with our recruitment team. We'll then add you into our Onboarding Software (Trainual) that has your next 30 days at Leadbird mapped out day-by-day. Our recruitment team will be reaching out daily to make sure you're going through all the Modules in Trainual to see if you're on track. You'll then be taking assessments that get reviewed with the leadership team on Fridays. After day 30, we'll start to slowly immerse you into your role at Leadbird.
